Photoessay: Kawasaki Kimono Walk

_DSC3728.jpg

The other day some friends participated in an event called “Kawasaki Kimono Walk”, where anyone was welcome to dress up in a kimono and take part in a sake tasting featuring five different kinds of rice wine from the Hokuriku region of Japan. I stuck around with my camera to capture the shenanigans (and rightfully suffered the day afterwards).

Shot with a Nikon D810 and the Nikon AF-S 28mm f/1.8G and AF-S 85mm f/1.8G as well as the Tamron SP 45mm F1.8 VC lenses.
